The  bilingual program for public schools invite foreign educators to educate the next generation with EMI approach (English as a Medium of Instruction). It is promoted by the Ministry of Education, with the purpose of improving the level of English proficiency, starting from a young age.

To cultivate global citizens with a global vision, to increase the opportunities for students to speak English and improve the teaching effect of English, the government has strengthened the team of foreign teachers and local bilingual teachers. The program targets raising the interest in English communication among teachers and students and to encourage foreign teachers to exchange excellent teaching models from their home countries.
